I have made several presentations to groups and found that I'm being asked similar questions everywhere I went.  So instead of repeating myself, I decided to write easy to understand books that answers most of the basic questions. The first book "Got Web" discusses getting visitors to web sites, how to use search engines, and then converting shoppers into buyers.  In "Got Web" I explain about using emails to keep your visitors coming back as probably one of the best ways to build your clientele.  But few people knew how to set this up or automate the process.  In this book I've listed where you can get the many tools to make all this happen for FREE or at a very reasonable price.
